The Brockville Tikis were unable to pick up at least a point on home ice Wednesday night.

The Tikis had a one-goal lead entering the third period of their game against Casselman, but the Vikings scored three unanswered and won 4-2. There was no scoring until later in the second period, when Nicolas Chartrand made it 1-0. Colin Stacey’s 10th goal of the season drew Brockville even with Casselman at 18:24 of the middle frame, and Braves captain Ryan Glazer gave the home team the lead 58 seconds later. It was his fifth goal of the year. Both Brockville goals were on power plays.

Mikael Bissonnette tied the game 4:30 into the third period, and Frederick Gagnier scored the game-winner at 10:59. Chartrand’s second goal of the night was an empty-netter with six seconds left in regulation; Casselman was on a power play late in the period.

The Vikings (6-1-1) outshot the Tikis 29-27. Brayden Kelso made 25 saves and was named third star. Chartrand and Casselman netminder Nicholas Campbell were first and second stars respectively. Memorial Centre attendance was listed at 64.

Brockville (4-5-0-1) is in fifth place in the CCHL2’s Richardson Division. The Tikis play in Perth on Friday at 7:30 p.m and then travel to Carleton Place to take on the Jr. Canadians on Saturday night at 8:15.
